The way I do it is:

 

Install Anti-spam module and enable mail relay.

 

Create a 365 account to be used for reports (I use smoothwall@domain)

 

Go to Reports > Settings > Output Settings

 

Set SMTP Server to 127.0.0.1, senders email address to [email protected]

 

Leave SMTP Auth & TLS unchecked, and add your 365 credentials in.

 

Save, then test

 

Go to Reports > Settings > Groups and create a group with the email addresses you want to receive the report, then choose this group when creating your reports.
