Unable to set up outlook for a user on windows 10

Error message:

 

cannot start microsoft outlook. cannot open the outlook window. the set of folders cannot be opened etc

 

I have spent over 10hrs looking into this any suggestions!? We use microsoft hosted exchange.

 

I have tried all the steps below. Any help is greatly appreciated

An MS support rep downloaded it and sorted a few mailbox issues for me a while ago.

I have it says there is a trailing space in the LegacyExchangeDN however when I follow steps to fix there is no trailing space
