Anyone use Pixton? Is it GDPR compliant?

As the title says is https://www.pixton.com/ GDPR compliant? Looking at their privacy statement they collect IP addresses & Browser and operating system descriptor. They are a Canadian company.

IP address and browser/system have both got stated purposes.

The consent bit is the one I stick on ... it is a curriculum delivery tool so it is based on whatever the school decides.

I would drop them a line and ask them to explain that.
