SLG fix needed: Reports not showing

Hi all,

Totally clutching at straws here but wondering if anyone has had a problem with SLG where reports are not showing. The parent just gets "sorry the information you require is not available". Reports are published and everything seems to be ticking over. Running the latest version as well...

I have Capita looking into this but think they are not sure either and just want it off my desk so asking the community on the off chance someone says "oh, install this update to fix that" or something along those lines.

 

SLG is a curse upon this school but the quicker it works the quicker I can go back to ignoring it.

Have you set yourself up a test account to re-assure yourself that you can see them?

SLG report publishing is split into two jobs in SharePoint, upload and permissions

If the upload is ok but you can't access them then make sure the permissions job is running successfully

I've had that fail for some schools before
