Pro & Cons of Fully converged vs dedicated host management in a S2D setup

Struggling to find the answer to this.

 

Just reading a dell document, and i'm trying to understand why there are two options when it comes to setting up S2D switching. I can't seem to find the pros or cons, or why there's even the option for the two....confused

 

Anybody know the answer to this?

Fully converged:

 

Dedicated Management:

Performance is the biggie. We have similar to the bottom diagram. Storage has its own network and Management and general guest is on a separate network.

 

If for example we max out the network connections with something like imaging it doesn't impact the storage and it continues to operate as normal.
