We are currently having major issues with these two sites.

 

The user will only see a blank white page - regardless whether they are using Chrome or IE.

 

Both browsers are up to date, can confirm Smoothwall is not blocking any pages (as both these sites were working fine before last week and no changes have been made to the config)

 

The spanner: If we right click and run chrome as an admin all is fine.

 

Things we have tried:

 

As per Pearsons support page, I have white listed the specified domains, added to trusted sites and enabled pop ups.

 

Reset chrome to default

 

Added both sites to compatibility mode (then removed because ShowMyHomework kicks up an error)

 

Reset profiles & used new user.

 

But still experiencing the issue.

 

Any ideas, or is anyone else experiencing the same.
