cpop Posted March 7, 2019 Posted March 7, 2019 We have 2 suites using windows 10 which are using the same image - I have created a photo viewer shortcut on the students desktop which works in one suite but not the other you click on the icon and nothing happens - all the policies applied are identical. I am baffled any clues?
Hybrid Posted March 8, 2019 Posted March 8, 2019 Event viewer showing anything? Do you have different GPOs for the suites? Maybe AppLocker or an SRP has kicked in?
Rob_D Posted March 8, 2019 Posted March 8, 2019 We've have the same issue with the windows 10 photos app is just not consistently available on the computers. Although for us it looks like something user-profile related might be going on as resetting someone's roaming profile sometimes makes it appear.
