Internet Explorer 11 / Proxy filter quirk

Hi all

 

I have a PC that need to run BACSway finance Web based software. When adding Proxy filter and invoking the program to go to https://PCname.domain.sch:8001 it throws up a page not found error

 

I have added Proxy filter exceptions both for that URL and the IP address.. wont work,

 

With those settings the site can be accessed by Chrome and Edge however.

 

I would use Chrome but been advised it only works in IE due to needing the Silverlight plugin

 

Any ideas as to why IE blocks this site ? (I have even added that URL to trusted zone)
