Locking USB ports from USB drives but still allow keyboard/mouse access

Hi,

Does anyone know of a straightforward way (Windows setting or Software) of stopping USB flash drives, External hard drives etc.. using the USB ports to copy data but still allow USB Keyboard and mouse to work.

USBDLM should do what you want if you configure it to not assign any drive letters to removable USB drives. e.g.

 

[DriveLetters]
BusType=USB
DriveType1=REMOVABLE
DriveType2=FIXED
Letter=-
