I have an Acer ChromeTab 10, but use it without a case.

 

I don't think Chrome OS tablets are popular enough for case manufacturers to make rugged cases for them.

 

Have you seen the Asus Chromebook Tablet CT100PA? This has a rubber bumper around the edge so would be a little bit more rugged than the Acer ChromeTab.
