Parago Policy Manager

Hi

We have just implemented Parago Policy manager and have come across a show-stopping issue.

Unless we are missing something, you upload all of your policy’s and then it will send an email to all of the school users to sign or acknowledge the policy.

The issue is that it sends an email per policy and the user has to acknowledge one at a time 😊 I think the average school has well over 30 policy’s so people are just not using the system.

Added to that most of the policy’s the end user has signed and seen before.

This makes the program unusable for us

Has anybody else had the problem of got a workaround?
