Alfengen Posted February 17, 2019 Posted February 17, 2019 I replaced both lamps in my Panasonic PT-DZ6710 projector, but can't figure out how to reset the lamp counters. Any ideas?

I know we had some Epson projectors with some undocumented master codes/PIN locks etc that weren't included in the manuals either so you're not alone there.
SamanthaD Posted February 18, 2019 Posted February 18, 2019 Go to the lamp hours in the menu, ensure it's highlighted, press Enter for 3 seconds to bring up the reset confirmation dialogue, then press OK. Done!
Alfengen Posted March 3, 2019 Author Posted March 3, 2019 Thanks for the tip.. Unfortunately I can't highlight the lamp hours. The page is only reporting lamp hour status, and it won't let me select anything. Any other ideas?
