[sims] Pupil with dual status - Pupil/Applicant

I've been presented with a bit of an issue this morning.

An applicant for next academic year is showing as a pupil who was admitted this academic year.

Their enrollment this year is entirely erroneous but is causing one or two issues.

 

The student currently has fees posted against them, so it's not a case of deleting and adding them again.

 

A user error somewhere, but I can't find an obvious way to remove their status as a pupil.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you've got to remove them as a student. This might require a custom patch from your support provider (ultimately Capita) as my method for doing this would have been to delete them.....
