Spread to another laptop now, user says it's not just when printing.

 

0x0000003b system service exception, p1 c0000005

 

says win32kfull.sys is the cause.

Was going to try the file for you, on 1803, but the download link needs registration.

 

Do you have the same office updates on all these pcs that are failing? Or, put another way, which office updates does the 1609 OS have that the later ones don't??

Just narrowing down the problem. 1803 works, 1809 fails.

 

These print queues are on a 2012r2 server. Pause printer, then print, job is now in local queue. No BSOD. In printer queue click Cancel All Documents, it BSODs

 

Printing to PDF works. Printing that PDF from Chrome works. Printing that PDF from Adobe Reader seems to work too, so it's not specifically modern vs classic printing

Hmm, adding printer directly instead of via server seems to work... nope, just crashes when it tries to print, but doesn't when print job is cancelled Edited by mavhc
