Windows 10 hardware compatibility checker

Back in the day when free Win 10 upgrades were on offer, it was possible to run a piece of software that advised if your device would upgrade successfully. Any idea where I can that nowadays as I couldn't track it down on MS sites?

It's part of Windows setup now.

There's also Microsoft Upgrade Readiness service, but I haven't looked into that.
