Sage 200 - Slow over Smoothwall SSL VPN

Hi All

 

Hoping some of you can help. We're in the process of removing an old Terminal server that people used when remoting into our site. Instead we're going down the route of doing everything on local computers instead as to prevent the issues when sharing hardware resources.

 

It's going well except for Sage, it's very slow to load and I don't understand why! We have a 200mbps leased line. It's really quick on site but slow when working away and sometimes might even crash.

 

Any ideas? We're using a Smoothwall SSL VPN to connect staff internally when away from the office.
