Problems printing gridlines in NovaT and Exams Organiser.

One of our staff is having trouble printing from NovaT and Exams organiser trying to get the grid lines to show up. Examples :

 

NovaT

 

Choose Timetable>Proof Print>Print - this shows the grid lines on screen but does not print them

 

But if she she prints Class Lists, Registration list etc the line print but vertical only?

 

Exams Organiser

 

Printing Mark sheets all the lines print but when printing Seating Plans no lines print at all but on the screen the lines show for both?

 

 

Can anyone help with this?

 

 

Its an HP printer (can't remember model but will find out tomorrow.)

The only thing I can suggest is checking to see that you have the latest printer driver installed. Otherwise try asking on SupportNet

It was the printer driver on a HP 2420

 

It was using the PCL5 driver nad i changed it to use a Post Script driver and it works fine now.
