Secure Wifi stopping Youtube on Mobile devices.

Our P.E. Dept have iPads which are on our secure wifi, they are using their Staff logins but can't access Youtube.

We have this blocked on our PaloAlto firewall and this is set so that staff can access it.

They can get to the video pages but as soon as you try and play the video it just keeps trying to load it.

We have this problem with all mobile devices using the secure wifi.

Anyone have any ideas on how we can allow youtube on the secure wifi.
