Sonic007 Posted January 15, 2019 Posted January 15, 2019 Hi everyone, I wondered if anyone has been in a similar situation. The B2B (Pupil changes and Attendance data) transfer that happens on a weekly schedule from SIMS has stopped working. This happened after doing updates on our Sims Win 2008r2 server. (Updates hadn't taken place for a very long time - Don't ask, Long story!) So basically we need to be able to use TLS 1 but updates now mean that this is obsolete and wont work. I've tried various ways to add TLS 1 back in to the registry and numerous methods but it still won't work. Has anyone had any joys dealing with this or a similar issue? Many thanks.
Esteban_Child_of_the_Sun Posted January 15, 2019 Posted January 15, 2019 Our LA advised schools that they had to move to TLS1.2 as Capita ONE was stopping supporting TLS 1.0 a couple of upgrades ago. I'd query with the LA why they haven't enabled the option for TLS 1.2. 1
