Google Filestream Issue

Having a real issue with one member of staff's Google Filestream. When I load Filestream it brings up the login box to put his email in. He enters his email an presses next and it just displays a white screen and says something went wrong. I put my email in it works, i put another couple of member of staffs emails in they work, i put his in again and exact same thing, white screen. I tried this on multiple computers, some on the domain machines and some off the domain and same thing every other account works except his. These installs are off original file stream installs and fresh installs on new machines so unless i missed something it has got to be his account.

 

He can login to google drive on the web version but he needs file stream. Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas as i am a bit stumped now.

Yep complete bypass of the machine so not that.

I'm now getting this same issue, can do the exact same things, just the one user affected. Did you ever resolve it?
