Cannot install Windows 7 x64 Security Monthly Rollup 2018-12 (KB4471318) Update

I'm having difficulty installing this particular update on a Windows 7 Enterprise 64-Bit system.

I have tried automatically installing the update via Windows Update and I have tried to manually install it from Microsoft Update Catalog.

Neither of these options have worked. I have also checked that .NET Framework is enabled and I have installed the Servicing Stack Update.

I am presented with the error code 8024200D.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

A brand new rollup just came out today (Tuesday 6pm'ish) so you could try that as it contains all previous updates.
