GSuite 2FA and Phone Prompt

Hi Guys,

 

Happy New Year to you all.

 

I'm hoping to turn on 2FA for all staff users on GSuite and was hoping to get the phone prompt feature working rather than buying keys or having to get staff to install the Authenticator app etc. There seems to be an issue where when my phone is connected to the school WiFi Google says my phone is offline and won't display the prompt to authorize the sign in. Does anyone know what port its trying to communicate on?
