[1709, fcu] Keep windows 10 PC screen on

I'm trying to create a kiosk for our library PC's. The PC auto logs on and loads chrome as the shell with the correct URL however the screen goes blank and locks after a few hours.

 

I've tried editing power settings GPO and setting screen saver settings but it still goes blank.

 

Any ideas on the best way to stop this?

just use a utility like caffeine?

Explorer does not run. Only Chrome so I don't think the caffeine.exe will work.

runs from command prompt, so can't see why not

Yes these were disabled.

Did you use the kiosk wizard in 1809?
