Parents evening bookings in Office 365

Hi all,

 

Nearly there. One of my schools, wants me to look at a way to use Office 365 for Parents Evening bookings.

 

I thought about Calendars, but don't want parents seeing teacher calendars. Could it be done with Forms and Flow to feed into a spreadsheet that teachers can print out?

 

I have looked around and found a post where someone suggested G Suite with choice elimination addon, is there anything similar for Office 365?

You need, for GDPR, to be sure that parents cannot see who has booked the non-vacant slots.

True, another good reason not to use calendars.
