Off roll students with no Z mark

We have several off roll students that do not have a "Z" mark for AM/PM on a particular day. This day was edited during the school year via Edit Academic Year because someone had marked it as a Training Day but this was incorrect.

 

Now all off roll students do not have a "Z" for that day, instead there is just a "-". How can we resolve this?

Tools- System Diagnostics - Database diagnostics can fix this, try running it and see if it has filled in, if not I believe there is a patch which your SIMS support should be able to help with.
