Hello All

Hoping someone here can help as I don't really know how to word this in Google and every time I've been trying it gives me something I don't want!!

Basically there is a member of staff here with the email address [email protected] and she has two separate job titles "Sales Account Manager" and "PA to Sales Director".

She wants it so that when she emails $customer it says account manager but when she emails anyone else it says PA version.

Is there anyway of doing this? At the moment we have one rule setup in exchange online that basically says for All Messages append the footer which uses Variable such as %%FirstName%% to give a custom footer to each user so their job title is %%JobTitle%% and depending on what she's in on the system.

If anyone could be of help I'd really appreciate that. I was hoping not to perform this action on Outlook itself on her computer as then if she uses any other form such as the webmail it won't have a signature...

Thanks in advance, hoping someone can help as it would save me creating a whole separate email account just for this particular customer

I do this on my Gmail account using the Auto Text Expander Chrome extension. Turn off the signature option in Gmail settings and then create multiple signatures in Auto Text Expander that can be automatically inputted with a quick key combination. I have 4 different signatures that are auto filled using the triggers .s1, s.2, .s3, and .s4.

.s1 just says "-Matt"

.s2 adds "Thanks, Matt"

.s3 has a more detailed sig with title, business, phone, etc.

.s4 has all of that plus a logo image
