I do this on my Gmail account using the Auto Text Expander Chrome extension. Turn off the signature option in Gmail settings and then create multiple signatures in Auto Text Expander that can be automatically inputted with a quick key combination. I have 4 different signatures that are auto filled using the triggers .s1, s.2, .s3, and .s4. .s1 just says "-Matt" .s2 adds "Thanks, Matt" .s3 has a more detailed sig with title, business, phone, etc. .s4 has all of that plus a logo image
