Laptop inverter repair. Any companies recommended

Dear All

 

I got some laptops which have the same problem. They are all very dim but on an external display they are fine.

 

I been told its an inverter problem which needs to be fixed.

 

Does anyone have any recommendations on any laptop repair companies I can use.

 

I rather not use Acer support as its very poor and probably the expensive route.

If you can get hold of the inverter boards for the particular make of laptop they are very easy to replace yourself. They sit at the bottom of the LCD screen normally, means dismantling the LCD screen but not really that difficult. And could save an arm and a leg.
