Saving to SIMS or uploading a CTF

Hi,

 

We are a hosted SIMS school and access SIMS through Remote Desktop (10.2.3). The Macs are running High Sierra.

 

I am not sure why but all of a sudden the option to save to the mac or upload from the mac have disappeared. Normally I would see an option for the mac desktop. Does anyone know if there is an option to get this back on? I have attached what I see now. Thanks

Totally off topic, I love how you need to accept the schools safe guarding policy to visit your schools website... which you can only view once you've accepted it
