[closed] bug/error: Connection time out on search

I get this message when doing a search.

 

[color=#3E3E3E][font=Helvetica]connection to 172.31.32.87:9312 failed (errno=110, msg=Connection timed out)[/font][/color]

 

Is this a port / IP that I should be able to reach directly, or something proxyed through the front end web server.

 

If I'm meant to access it directly, it could be firewall as I'm at work. I can try searching at home later.

 

 

As I did another test search to see if chrome reported anything in the network tab, the search went through.

 

Its still something you may want to look into.

Yeah the search engine is on a backend server. Kicking it now

Should be fixed now.
