[sims] Key To Success CTF Lacking Data

I am trying to import the CTF file from Key to Success for my Y11 cohort. On inspecting it, the CTF file contains KS1 data but nothing for KS2, even though the CSV file shows some KS2 data.

 

Any ideas why it is doing this?

 

I'm also trying to remember where in SIMS I store these results!

try the nca tools website - I've got something buzzing round my head about some cohorts being on one website and the rest being on the other.

 

As for SIMS, it stores the results as part of the CTF import, you can see which aspects it uses by looking at the results history for any student in that cohort.

NCA tools isn't recognising my Y11 UPNs at all. I found the CAS calculation sheet though and was able to decipher that! I am also working round a complex system of marksheets from my predecessor that are already in place.

 

Also not sure what to do with an S grade for a test level either. SIMS doesn't include this on the gradeset for KS2.

 

EDIT - I downloaded a ready reckoner and using Q uses the TA score instead. So I guess I just do that? Using M for Missing on SIMS as it gave the same result and the math checked out.

I've never had to do anymore than import CTF, check the data shows in the aspects and walk away from it.

 

The CAS calculation sheets always struck me as overkill for what should be a straightfoward job.
