Equitrac Ricoh - Long Login Times

We have an issue with multiple copy codes taking 23 seconds before moving past the login screen, while other codes take 3 seconds:

• We have almost 100 Ricoh copier-printers within our branched network and all are at different locations
  
• All codes can be used on all machines and behave the same on all machines at all locations
  
• Copier codes are created and housed solely in the Equitrac
  
• There is no pattern as to why some codes work correctly and some do not
  

 

Ricoh support was contacted over a month ago and we are still waiting for an escalation. The analyst has presented one solution guide to wipe out the DCEService cache ,which did not work.

 

Has anyone else had this issue?
