Office 365 Outlook

Hey guys

 

I have 2016 Office 365 Outlook installed on 3 PCs. When i delete an email on one computer, it doesnt delete on the others. Does anyone know how to configure this?

What are you connecting to? it sounds like you've managed to create a POP profile? If you're running against office365 it should be exchange.

 

In Outlook Go File..Account Settings.. Account Settings and the 'type' of profile should be 'Microsoft Exchange'
