[1803, au] Offline files staying offline

Our Windows 10 staff laptops can go offline to enable staff to take them home etc. One thing we are starting to have crop up now they have been using them since getting them new in September, is that they will go offline and sometimes stay offline. Sometimes manually resyncing the laptop will help, other times all you can do is restart. We are on 1803 enterprise.

Anyone got any ideas on this one?

Configuring an automatic resolution policy may help if offline files is getting stuck waiting for users to manually resolve conflicts.
