Sage200 Application Pools - Not Staying Started

Hi All

 

So we have have Sage200 and are in the middle of moving the install to a new server. I have installed and ensured the server meets the requirements. I have then used the S200Services and S200Secured account and password to authenticate although whenever we then try to load Sage Administration it says it can't connect to the service.

 

I've looked through IIS and can see that all the sites are correctly there although under "Application Pools" it shows everything under Sage as being stopped. I know the password and username aren't wrong so I'm confused. I then manually start them which then they say started but if you refresh the application pools they automatically stop themselves straight after starting.

 

I'm confused what else to try now, anyone had a similar issue?

What do the IIS logs say? Something is causing it to crash so you need logs or Sage support to find the appropriate crash dumps.
