mikemcsharry Posted November 13, 2018 Posted November 13, 2018 I work in an organisation that uses Canon Uniflow and I provide tech support for an infant school which has 4 Konica Minolta MFDs. Is there anything that works with Konica (thats preferably free!) which would provide some of the services of Uniflow. Although this is an infant school it is actually pretty large. The idea of printing to a 'cloud of printers' then walking up to their nearest one and tapping in their code sounds like an answer to a lot of issues. Please - the question isn't about the merits or otherwsie of Uniflow, I've read some of the posts here. Ta for any ideas Mike
Cw2k Posted November 13, 2018 Posted November 13, 2018 PaperCut is the common alternative, not free, you license Papercut MF and they you need an embedded license for each device. ITS and Selectec are 2 of the bigger resellers who with be able to give you some pricing https://www.papercut.com/products/mf/buy/europe/
mikemcsharry Posted November 13, 2018 Author Posted November 13, 2018 Thanks for that info - hopefully Konica May have a free one..
