[ms office - 2019] Issues with new install

I updated a couple of rooms to Office 2019 x64 over half term and its not going well.

 

Access - for some reason its coming up with an unable to communicate with OLE server.. I found out that if you open IE first it lets you through so a filtering issue.

Powerpoint - wasn't letting them open a PP from the link, they have to open PP first then browse to it

Word - permission issue with compatibility mode meaning they couldn't save as.. very weird issue so ended up copying and pasting to a new word doc

Word - Trying to print kills Word, the print driver is the latest so need a workaround for that too,
