MS HUP or WAH?

When we only had a staff email domain we were providing HUP (Home Use Program) and it worked well as only staff could get verified via email address. Now we have moved to Gmail and have a School wide email domain the email verification doesnt work as students could also get verified. WAH (Work at Home) is the other option because through Kivuto I have set up an "On the Hub" portal where I can upload users so that verification is done by the admin rather than the users email. Only issue is that WAH is meant to be "for work related use" only whereas HUP was for "personal use" too.

 

I have a few users who are now asking if they can get copies of Office at home but I am not sure if WAH is a good option or not?

 

Because we are a Gmail house I dont want to set up an Office365 tenancy just for a few staff to get Office365 at home.
