Hi does anyone know what is a SIMS EXTRACT TOOL? And how is it used?

It's a tool for extracting data out of SIMS. Groupcall Xporter is quite often used for this. The company that needs access to the data usually remotes in and sets up what is needed in the Xporter app. Some companies don't use Groupcall and have their own extractor. This software will need installing on your SIMS server. If you are buying into a service that needs access to your data they will usually set this up for you.
