mikeprice Posted October 31, 2018 Posted October 31, 2018 Hi all not sure if this is the right place also apologies if this is a bit teachery but anyway - I am helping out at a local charity that does STEM lessons for local school, groups etc. and they have 2 lovely shiny new 3D Printers. As usual they have been bought and not they are looking for something to do with them! Anyway - I/we (I am workign with a PhD student) have got the things working and have printed some 'stuff' but now we could do with finding a way to use them in a lesson. Problem is that the centre only gets kids for 1/2 a day or so - then they go back to the school so we need something that we can print in a short time Do any of you know anyone who has a lesson or something that 3D prints something that has been modified in a lesson and then prints quickly - clearly it would need to be small! thanks Mike
chazzy2501 Posted November 1, 2018 Posted November 1, 2018 phone cases can be printed in 30 minutes and put on a phone! STLs for most phones are easy to find.
