Yeah we find them very good but only use them for compatible kyocera toners, we will only buy original HP pagewide inks (compatibles rarely work from ANY make for those) - good prices & services otherwise.

I use cartridge save a fair bit, and never had any issues with them. For us, if it's a printer that doesn't matter if it goes down for a few days, we always use compatibles, if it is more important, then originals, which are also IMO well priced on CartidgeSave too

We're using them more and more. For the price, I'm happy to use compatibiles and if they break the printer... it's one less printer to deal with.

I should point out that our staff haven't noticed a difference other then it's costing them a lot less and we haven't had any problems at all since we first started the switch.

Offices all get compatibles, heavy duty printers get originals at the moment. Printer models vary around the school but we're mainly HP with one or two Canon units floating around.

Use them for all our office printers, the "big" copiers are all on lease deals with toner included. Great service, the only minor hassle was getting our account suspended recently - that's because we hadn't paid them though!
