XMA support

Hi

 

Does anyone here use XMA (was Viglen). My wife's school has them and she is not amused. Just wondered if anyone has a good contact as they probably don't wish to speak to me. ;-)

Hi jgc, for a while Viglen were our go to supplier for hardware because the kit was good as was the support. Since they've been purchased by XMA it's gone massively down hill. I now have no idea who our account manager is or if we even have one. XMA have changed our Viglen next day on-site warranty in to a "the next day when we have an engineer available" which is often weeks later. I'm not at all impressed and will not buy any more of their kit. Sadly there doesn't seem to be anything we can do about the warranty situation.

 

Apologies for not offering a good contact, but your wife's school is not the only one experiencing a poor service now.
