How can I verify if Adobe is Serialized?

We run a serialized package of Adobe CC2018 here at the college and we're updating our serialization but there no way as far as I can tell to verify if Adobe is running with the new serialization #.

 

By default Adobe Apps. only once a day will show the message that Adobe is going to expire on set date. Once you select ok you will not get that message again until the next day. I can launch the programs over and over and they will not show the message again until I come into work the next day and launch a program.

 

This is very frustrating when I want to verify that the new serialization package has worked.

 

Is there some kind of command I can run or look for a file? Seems a little odd that there's nothing that stands out in the menus to tell me otherwise. We don't install the CC Desktop App as we use a standard image and update via Adobe RUM.

 

Currently I'm working on the macOS install but this would be the same for Windows as well.

This is very frustrating when I want to verify that the new serialization package has worked.

For Windows PCs I use SCCM to deploy an application that runs AdobeSerialization.exe on the relevant device collection.

 

A non-zero return code should tell you if it has been successful or not. I also add a value to the registry for the detection method.

We are finding the adobe serialization abit hit and miss. Will work on some macs and not others. Did you find a way to check in macOS?
