Streaming and video conferencing

I'm looking to create a streaming and video conferencing set up for our training room.

 

Can anybody add any thoughts other than what I've currently got in my head:

 

* Use two rtsp cameras, one for audience and one for presenter

* Use a magewell capture card to capture the output of the presenter's PC

* Use many cam to create a virtual web cam so that when conferencing, the PPT and PIP presenters and audience video can be sent over the conference

* Use OBS to record the video

* Use the separate capture PC to display the other end of the video conference
