Set Email Auto Response globally via admin panel 365

Hi all,

 

I've searched and looked at the rules available and can't see a way of setting up an auto response rule globally (well all staff) without them having to create a rule individually? Can it be done via powershell or something?

Could use a transport rule?

The powershell command is - Set-Mailbox​Auto​Reply​Configuration - but this would be a little bit messy as you would have to use a loop to configure each mailbox individually.
