[sims] InTouch - incoming Email

We have recently purchased and installed the InTouch module on our SIMS installation. Sending email out of school and using the internal mail system is working fine. However, we are not able to receive any replies to emails that have been sent. Are there any ports or sites that we need to allow through the firewall?

 

There is an error in the logs on SIMS Service Manager 'Error [11] Error processing Inbound attachment poller - An Error occurred while making the http request to https://intouch.capita-cso.co.uk/farm5/MessageService.svc. This could be due to the fact that the server certificate is not configured properly with HTTP.SYS in the HTTPS case. This could also be caused by a mismatch of the security binding between the client and the server.' so I don't know if that might be the cause of the issue.
