Outlook 2016 missing network drive when saving file.

Good Morning,

Bit of a strange one. We have a laptop running windows 10 and office 2016 in school. All has been fine for months but this morning when the user opens up outlook and tries to save a picture from an email by right clicking and selecting 'save picture as' , the G drive network location doesn't appear under This PC. All other drives do? It is available in file explorer and other windows applications but not outlook. I have even tried pinning it to Quick Access but it says location unavailable. I noticed UAC was enabled so I turned that off after something that I read online but that doesn't appear to have resolved the issue.

Does anybody have a possible solution? It's the heads machine so it's hard to get time to actually look at it in great detail.

Thanks,

Jonny
