PDF user/motherboard manual for old RM Ecoquiet 965 SFF PCs?

Maybe a long-shot but does anybody have a copy of the PDF user/motherboard manual for the old RM Ecoquiet 965 SFF PCs?

 

Called IMISR-VM apparently. The link online seems to have expired or been removed (see error below)

Close to what I had thanks but not quite what I was looking for. I'm sure I had it downloaded ages ago - so much for "the cloud" eh and the info always being there" #DontTrustTheCloud.

 

Was after some info on the SATA spec it ran at. I suspect either SATA 1 or SATA 2.

SATA II according to Crucial's website.

 

It should be an easy thing to test with CrystalDiskMark and an SSD since the sequential read/write speeds won't go above 300MB/s.
