[SIMS] Batch print 'Student Marks' view for multiple students

Hello,

 

First post.

 

As per the title, I am wanting to print the Student Mark view for multiple pupils at once. Currently I can only see a way to print each pupils individually. I specifically want this as it include the whole year view with some stats and comments input at the bottom of the view.

 

I have tried creating a report to do this but it does have the same desired layout which I require. The Student Mark layout is perfect for when I am meeting with parents RE attendance and I can easily show trends, comments etc.

 

EDIT: When you are on the display marks page for a student and you 'print' it so that it outputs to web, it contains comments that have been entered onto the system. I would like these comments too.

We also use truancy call if that helps as to why I want the comments.

I can give a scenario as to why I want this specific format but I wouldn't want to bore anyone.

If you are talking about the screen I think you are you can use the Reports - Lesson Monitor/Attendance - Individual Student Reports - Registration Certificate Report to run for groups of students.

This does give me dates of absence for the year for multiple pupils but it does not give me the session comments. Just to be clear if you select a pupil from display marks and go to print it, it will open in web browser and show any comments that have been entered. The comments are important to me as well.

 

Thanks for this though as this was something that may be useful to me later.
