We have a college asking about if we had any SEN provision for an ex pupil who is due to start with them. Where do we stand with this, would we need consent from the ex pupil to share this information given it is an adult college course and not a normal school age scenario where we would be covered by something like public task?

So from a brief scan of that it looks like business as normal 18-19, and up to 25 in special cases such as statement/EHCP?

Thanks everyone, it turned out they had consented to information sharing on their College enrolment form, I may look at getting something signed on our end for the future.

Careful. The person giving the college consent to share information is not the same thing as the person giving you consent to share information with the college.
